Welcome to Eastbourne Archers

On occasions throughout the year we take part in indoor and outdoor league matches against other clubs. We also run tournaments and record status events for all archers to enter. We also run the occasional fun shoot for our own members through the year. We run beginners courses, open Days and have-a-go events for people who are interested in taking up archery.

The Club is affiliated to Archery GB (also known as the Grand National Archery Society or GNAS), - the National Governing Body for Archery in the UK. This provides all members with (among other things) our rules of shooting, basic insurance and a quarterly magazine. Archery is a sport that is available to all, whatever your age, ability, or disability. It is one of the safest sports a person can participate in. To keep it so, all new archers are required to attend a beginners course. This is a requirement of Archery GB.

An annual club membership fee is required by all members, which includes membership to Archery GB, Sussex County Archery Association (SCAA), Southern Counties Archery Society (SCAS) and Langney Sports Club, giving them access to the social activities it offers including a large bar.

If you would like to know more about joining our club, either as a new archer, or an established archer looking for a 'New Home' then please contact us through the contacts page.
